The Lincoln Winter Market is an event where students, parents and the local making community can come together and share their handmade wares. Come see, sell, or buy local goods with folks from your community. So rally your family and friends and start creating, sewing, drawing, beading, felting or whatever it is you enjoy doing. This is a public event, everyone is invited to attend.
Date: November 24th, 2012, 11am - 5pm (we ask that you stay the whole time)
Location: Lincoln Elementary Gym- 213 21st Ave SE • Olympia, WA 98501
Spaces Available:
Indoor space
*Kids 12 &under 3 ft table space in the cafeteria-$5, tables provided *Current Lincoln Family 6x6 space-$25, vendor provides the table, chair etc.. *Non-Lincoln vendor 6x6 space-$40, vendor provides the table, chair etc.. Outdoor covered area 10x10 space (fits a market tent) -$40 (all hot food will be sold in the covered area) |
Only handmade items are accepted. We reserve the right to deny applications. Tables and space can be shared at no extra cost. All vendors must apply even if sharing a table. Space is limited, apply now.
E-mail your application to makeolympia@gmail.com. Once your application is in you will be notified about your status and how to pay. Your space is only reserved when your payment has been received. Details on payment and market policies will come in your acceptance letter.

This event is organized by Make Olympia Market organizers who are also Lincoln Parents, Tina Olson and Shanty Slater. It is a fundraiser for Lincoln Options Community Council.
The Olympia School District does not sponsor this event and the district assumes no responsibility for it. In consideration of the privilege to distribute materials, the Olympia school District shall be held harmless from any cause of action filed in any court or administrative tribunal arising out of the distribution of these materials, including costs, attorney's fees and judgments or awards.
